Guide
How to find all your subscriptions
To find all your subscriptions, check four places: your card and bank statements for the last 12 months, the subscription settings on your phone, your email for receipts and renewal notices, and any family or shared plans. Write each one down with its price and renewal date as you go.
Read 12 months of statements
Monthly charges show up every month; yearly ones only once.
How to do it: Go through each card and bank account and note every repeating charge.
Check subscriptions on iPhone
Subscriptions you pay for through Apple are listed in one place.
How to do it: Open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
Check subscriptions on Android
Subscriptions you pay for through Google Play are listed in the Play app.
How to do it: Open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Search your email
Receipts and renewal reminders often arrive by email.
How to do it: Search for words like receipt, renewal, subscription, trial and membership.
Look at payment services
Some subscriptions are paid through a payment service rather than straight from your card.
How to do it: Check the automatic payments section of any payment service you use.
Don't forget shared and family plans
A plan someone else set up may still be billed to you, or yours may cover others.
How to do it: Ask who pays for each shared plan in your home.
Check your devices
TVs, game consoles and other devices can have subscriptions attached to their accounts.
How to do it: Open the account settings on each one.
Put them on one list
Name, price, how often it renews, the next date and the card it's on.
How to do it: Add up the monthly total, counting a yearly plan as its price divided by 12. How to keep track of subscriptions

How do I find all my subscriptions?
Check 12 months of card and bank statements, your phone's subscription settings, your email for receipts and any shared plans, and list each one with its price and renewal date.
How do I see my subscriptions on my iPhone?
Open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. This shows subscriptions billed through Apple, not ones you pay to a company directly.
Why can't I see all my subscriptions in one place?
Because they're billed in different ways: through Apple or Google, straight to your card, through a payment service or on someone else's plan. That's why it helps to check each place and keep your own list.
