Subscription tracker template
Fill in one row per subscription: name, price, how often it's billed, next renewal date, trial end date, what it's paid with, where to cancel and your decision. The template works out the monthly and yearly cost of each one, sorts them by next renewal and shows what's due in the next 30 days. Print it, save it as a PDF, or download a CSV that opens in Google Sheets or Excel. Leave the rows empty to print a blank tracker.
Your subscription tracker
Runs in your browser; nothing you type is sent anywhere. Your list is saved only in this browser. Don't type full card numbers: a card name or the last 4 digits is enough. Figures are only as accurate as what you enter, so check each price and date on your statement or the service's account page. Dates in the past move forward to the next renewal.

Questions
How do I open the template in Google Sheets or Excel?
Press Download CSV. In Google Sheets, open a new sheet, choose File > Import and upload the file. In Excel, open the file with File > Open, or use Data > From Text/CSV. Each subscription is one row, and the Price, Per month and Per year columns are plain numbers, so you can add your own sums.
What columns does the subscription tracker have?
Subscription, Price, Currency, Billed, Per month, Per year, Next renewal, Paid with, Trial ends, Where to cancel and Decision (Keep, Cancel or Not sure). The printed sheet has the same columns, with blank rows to add more by hand.
How does it turn yearly or weekly prices into a monthly cost?
A yearly price is divided by 12, a weekly price is multiplied by 52 and divided by 12, and a price every 3 or 6 months is divided by 3 or 6. So $99 a year counts as $8.25 a month, $5 a week as about $21.67 a month, and $30 every 3 months as $10 a month.
What if the renewal date I enter is in the past?
The tracker moves it forward by the billing cycle until it reaches today or later, so the list always shows the next charge. A monthly plan that renews on the 31st moves to the last day of shorter months, such as February 28, and back to the 31st after that.
Is my list saved or sent anywhere?
No. It runs in your browser and nothing you type is sent anywhere. The list is saved only in this browser, so download the CSV or print it to keep a copy. Don't type full card numbers; a card name or the last 4 digits is enough.
Is this the Renewal app?
No. This template is a separate free tool, and it doesn't send reminders. Renewal is a subscription tracker being made for iPhone that gives a heads-up before each renewal and shows step-by-step cancel guides.
