Renewal

Frequently asked questions

Renewal keeps your subscriptions on one simple statement and gives you a heads-up before each charge. Answer six quick questions and get your statement: what to add, a heads-up 1, 3 or 7 days before each renewal, and the step-by-step cancel guides you'll need. No bank or email connection.

What is Renewal?

A subscription tracker. You add your subscriptions from a list of popular services, get a heads-up before each renewal and open step-by-step guides when you want to cancel one.

Do I have to connect my bank or email?

No. You add each subscription yourself: pick it from the list and the price and cycle fill in. Renewal never asks for bank or email access, and your list stays on your phone.

Does Renewal cancel subscriptions for me?

No, you stay in charge. Renewal shows the steps for each service and a link to the right page; you cancel, then strike it off your statement.

When do I get a heads-up?

1, 3 or 7 days before each renewal, 3 by default, plus a note the day before a free trial ends.

How many services have cancel guides?

More than 150, each with step-by-step instructions that show exactly where to go.

Is the quiz free?

Yes. The quiz and your statement are free. You add your email to see the statement.

What's free and what does Renewal Pro add?

Up to 5 subscriptions and 3 cancel guides are free. Renewal Pro removes both limits: unlimited subscriptions and all 150+ cancel guides.

Every subscription, before it renews. Answer six quick questions and see your subscription statement, heads-ups and cancel guides.
